Slow Flow Yoga & Foam Rolling with Paula Bruckner

Wake up, coffee, yoga, repeat! Make yoga a part of your Saturday morning and feel great. Grab a coffee before or after at your favorite Camp Hill coffee shop, Cornerstone Coffeehouse.

Add on a 30 minute foam rolling class to roll all your troubles away! Foam Rollers are provided. Space is limited to 7 lucky participants.

A gentle and meditative movement practice designed to encourage the mind to relax and the body to expand, followed by restorative stillness to inspire balance and healing.  This class weaves together breathwork, movement and stillness to create a balanced practice and inspires resilience for life in the modern world.  This is an all levels class. $20 per class.

Soul-Full Sunday Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

Floor-based postures stretch and lengthen deep connective tissues through slow and meditative movement.  Yin yoga is a yogic form of acupuncture which focuses on the contraction and flexion of meridian pathways throughout the body so energy can flow freely.  Sound healing is offered throughout class to assist with a deeper state of relaxation.  $35 per class.
