Yin Yoga with Sound Meditation

Soul-Full Sunday Yin Yoga & Sound Healing with Jen Slothower and Matt Kramer. Floor-based postures stretch and lengthen deep connective tissues through slow and meditative movement.  Yin yoga is a yogic form of acupuncture which focuses on the contraction and flexion of meridian pathways throughout the body so energy can flow freely.  Sound healing is offered throughout class to assist with a deeper state of relaxation.  $35 per class.
